## Turn support questions into better product pages with AI

Find the questions shoppers repeatedly ask, connect them to verified product facts, and improve one product page without inventing benefits or customer stories.

### Cluster questions without guessing the answer

Group these anonymized support questions by the decision the shopper is trying to make. Return theme, distinct conversation count, example references, product or variant, and information missing from the current page. Do not answer product questions or infer facts that are absent. Mark ambiguous classifications for review. Sample and page: [paste].

### Place the answer where the decision happens

Using only this approved fact sheet, draft three product-page improvements that address the verified question themes. For each, give the proposed copy, placement, supporting fact, and any unresolved issue. Keep component and variant differences explicit. Do not invent benefits, reviews, certifications, shipping promises, or return exceptions. Facts and themes: [paste].

### Your exercise

1. Review twenty recent conversations about one product, removing personal details first.
2. Verify the three most common question themes against current product information.
3. Publish one approved clarification and review the same question category again in two weeks.

### Review checklist

- [ ] No unnecessary customer information was shared with the assistant.
- [ ] Distinct conversations and product variants were counted correctly.
- [ ] Every new claim maps to an approved product fact.
- [ ] The page remains readable on mobile and links to accurate policies.

## Your first AI store-operations assistant: draft, check, approve

Build a narrowly scoped assistant that prepares useful store-operations work while keeping customer promises, refunds, inventory, and publishing under human control.

### Create the reference packet

Act as a drafting assistant for this single workflow: [task]. Use only the attached policy and approved data. Return the draft, the source facts used, missing information, and whether a person must escalate the case. Do not send messages, change orders, issue refunds, adjust inventory, or promise dates. If a required fact is missing, say what must be checked. Inputs: [paste].

### Test ordinary cases and awkward ones

Review these assistant outputs against the supplied cases and policies. Identify unsupported promises, missing escalations, incorrect record matches, and unnecessary customer data. Quote the problematic sentence and propose the smallest correction. Do not reward a confident answer when the correct response is to ask for a fact. Cases, policies, outputs: [paste].

### Your exercise

1. Choose one internal draft task and write its input, output, and reviewer.
2. Prepare a current policy packet and five fictional or anonymized test cases.
3. Compare total preparation and review time against doing the task manually.

### Review checklist

- [ ] The assistant has a narrow task and current references.
- [ ] Volatile order facts are checked before action.
- [ ] Messages, refunds, inventory edits, and publishing require human approval.
- [ ] Failures and unresolved cases reach a named person.
