Where do your shopping sessions stop?
Check the step-by-step rates in one closed shopping funnel, then choose what to investigate. These counts describe behavior; they do not prove why someone left.
Use one consistent funnel
Use the same report, dates, device and traffic filters for all four counts. This checker requires a closed, sequential funnel: each later group is a subset of the previous group. Do not mix open-funnel counts, orders, users and events. If your report uses an open funnel, change the report or build a matching closed funnel first.
On Shopify, check the Open Funnel setting in the Conversion rate breakdown report. Also check tracking or session-definition changes before comparing periods. Shopify report definitions (checked October 6, 2026).

How the calculation works
A stage rate is the next-stage count divided by its preceding-stage count. Overall completion is purchasing sessions divided by all sessions. Zero in a preceding stage makes its rate undefined, not 0%.
