Yes. Larger implementations are scoped through Waymaker Agency. We agree on deliverables, access, timeline, and price before starting.

No. We agree on the work and how to evaluate it. Business outcomes depend on your customers, product, data, implementation, and market conditions.

How do you handle company information?

Use anonymized material for the first conversation. We agree on authorized access and approved tools before reviewing confidential information. Do not paste customer data into tools without permission.
